It's Monday, so you know what that means - we're off to the pub for a meal and some chat! As usual, we'll be meeting outside DCS at 6:30 tonight, or if you prefer, you can meet us at The Phantom Coach at 7:00 instead. Hope to see ya there!

🍻 Pub Crawl w/ MineSoc

For those on campus, Stagecoach run a late-night bus back to campus with the last bus departing at 0310 from the Parish Church stand. There is currently no late-night bus from Leamington Spa to Coventry so if you live in Coventry the last bus back will be the 00:45 11 from the Crown Hotel stand.

🕹️ Please Name This LAN!

[Week 2] Friday 21st, 7pm - Sunday 23rd, 6pm, LIB2

We're back with another (creatively named) LAN this weekend from 7pm on Friday all the way until 6pm on Sunday, in LIB2 (check the link above to see where this is, if you haven't been before).

To reserve your spot for the weekend, signup and pick a seat here: https://warwick.gg/events/jan-2022-lan#signup

Don't worry if you can't make it in person - we'll be hanging around in the Discord and streaming some events, so there are still ways to get involved! Speaking of the events, here's our schedule for the weekend:

Note: Friday Night Gaming will take place at LIB2, instead of our usual location in the Department of Computer Science.

Hopefully, there's something on the schedule you're interested in - we'd recommend dropping by in the evenings if you've not got much time. We'll have our VR setup along with console and tabletop games, so if you don't have a PC/Laptop you'll still be able to take part in these.

As this event is in person, we'll be asking everyone to follow our Covid-19 precautions which are outlined here: https://uwcs.co.uk/about/covid-19/

Hope to see you there!
