Halloween is officially over, Mariah Carey music better start playing.

We have officially entered Christmas season, so buckle up :D

The first gift our society can offer is chocolate milk because the first Monday of the month is here!

We can also offer some networking and careers talks if you'd like to try and get on Qube's or Apple's good sides and maybe set up some internships, y'know 👀

You should definitely try and pass by our trip to Birmingham Christmas Market! We will go around the market together and just enjoy whatever they offer (i wouldn't know i'm not a local so i don't really know what christmas markets have)!

Dan Crisu, architectural validation lead at the Apple UK Design Centre, will be giving a technical talk on the design and architecture of GPUs, and the nature of the challenges that Apple faces in the design and verification of such complex hardware. Insights will also be shared on careers routes within Apple.

You all probably need a bit of a break from everything, so why don't you come and enjoy the Christmas Market in Birmingham with us!

We will be meeting at University Interchange at 2pm ⇒ taking the 2:09pm 12X to Coventry Station ⇒ taking the 2:36pm Avanti West Coast train to Birmingham New Street.

Also, this is a sober social! While you can buy alcohol at the market, we would like to keep it sober on the day.

okie dokie well last week is something. this week is something else. I AM SO EXCITED FOR WHAT IS COMING UP THOUGH!

i'll just say we have some cool planning for wasd going on (watch out for our announcement) and i am also really excited for a league charity match we might be planning soon :)
