Assistance for getting people into pub meal
- Most execs are already part of the welcome talk
- People will follow the crowd
BBQ
- Thomas will proceed with the booking (currently awaiting confirmation)
- Check if grill is functional
- Amount of meat from last year was appropriate (won't require a bigger shop)
Taskmaster
- Goal: Make people explore campus beyond DCS
- Similar to what DCS proposes to collab with UWCS
- Alt: Use this event to give out DCS merch (better than Cryptotalon)
- Thomas will liaise with DCS for this
Pub Crawl
- Consider attendee feedback and safety when selecting venues, including Greyhound and Jet.
