Bharat reported that sponsor statuses and event planning are progressing as expected
- Waiting for HubSpot's response
Budget (SharePoint)
- SharePoint -> Treasury -> Budget 26/27 -> Sponsor Tracker
Dorset Software: emailed; awaiting a response
As of now, budget = approximately £8,000 (with £5,000 waiting around / fairly confident we will sign)
Sponsor Event Dates: Recorded on events website
Bharat warned the Academic team not to use sponsor event dates.

Should remain similar to the previous year + potential raise
Gaming went over estimated budget in previous year
Welfare might need a budget but lacks concrete numbers
Possibly MRFs to have deadlines to avoid accumulation post referral
Bharat will sort out the budgets this weekend
Welcome Week Costs
- If we lack money, use WHACk's budget as credit as it's already been paid

Find companies focused on accessibility tech
- Microsoft may be interested with their controllers
- Rockstar not viable
- Cyberleek may be
Discussion should be held with Raven in the future during the Term 1 WASD meeting

Stop emailing new people and focus on getting the ones we've reached out to
Require sponsors soon for exec merch
- Need to identify if HubSpot is Title or Gold sponsor
Need to contact sponsors for (updated) assets for continuing sponsors from last year
Title sponsors can be placed above Gold sponsors, as prominent placement was a perk
If Gold sponsors ask, we can tell them it fits better visually
Contracts and assets ASAP
