Agenda 4: Timeline

Welcome Week

• Open sales: Week 1
• Close sales: Week 2 (about 2 weeks for merch orders
• Week 6 to 7: Merch ready for distribution

Considerations

• Sales should be opened for more than 3 days
• Merch takes about 1 month
• Takes a few days to set it up on the website (ours and SU)
• Give Publicity officers sufficient times to set up outreach
• Keep only high quality assets for the merch
  • All assets used should be on Figma

Agenda 5: Publicity

• Quotes Internal Deadline: 12th of April
  • 1 week for Publicity officers to handle Post, Story, Reel
• Publicise: 20th of April
• Advertise Term 3 LAN (guranteed location for people to pick up their merch)
